When it comes to interior fit outs and refurbishments, Sharkey carry out and manage projects of varying size and complexity for a variety of business types in both occupied buildings and empty shells.

Within the Retail sector, we have worked for a diverse client base delivering projects of varied size and complexity. We have long standing relationships with established high street retailers but are also providing services to new clients on a larger scale, out-with the city centre.
Sharkey have a vast experience working within the Public sector. We are currently delivering projects for council bodies, health care operators, and educational institutions throughout the UK.
Within the Leisure sector we have provided fit out & refurbishment solutions for international hotel groups as well as one-off restaurant & bar projects
Our experience within the Office sector is unrivalled in terms of fast track project delivery. We have a varied client base of new & existing customers and are equally capable of delivering city centre refurbishments or interior fit-outs within modern office developments.
Sharkey have a number of established relationships within the financial sector. We have a number of framework agreements in place and have been responsible for delivering key projects at flagship locations.
Our workshop is state of the art; we implement stringent planning processes to optimise use of our CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery.
As with all reputable companies using timber we are totally committed to all materials originating from sustainable sources of forestation. In addition Sharkey operate a major recycling initiative from our workshop.
Our experience has included restoration of timber doors from the early 1900’s to manufacturing contemporary reception desks and furniture designed by some of the UK’s finest architects and designers.
By using state of the art computerised 3D modelling linked to our CNC machinery we can take concept sketches and transfer these into virtual images of the finished product including timber or veneer colouring and ironmongery.
Our highly skilled team of Benchand Joiners and French Polishers produce the finest quality bespoke joinery.
We are happy to provide samples and mock ups as part of our commitment to clear communication and understanding of the finished product.
